Brian Puskas is the Owner/Operator of James Brian Co., LLC. Brian is an experienced contractor with a desire to provide general contracting services for homeowners in the greater Wilmington area. He is a very hands-on type of contractor, visiting and working on every job site, every day. It is not unusual at all to visit one of the projects that JBC is undertaking and seeing Brian on a ladder, hammering nails or measuring plywood for cutting. Through his hand-on leadership, Brian has been able to successfully create quite a following of satisfied customers.
Brian strives to adapt his work schedule and systems to you and your family. Being mindful of the disruption remodeling can cause and have spent years perfecting systems that minimize inconvenience goes a long way with clients. They include dust barriers, protection of adjacent surfaces, safety barriers to keep children and pets safe, daily cleanup and constant communication with you. Each task in your project is scheduled in advance and materials are ordered to arrive on time.
Every project has its challenges, but you can be confident that Brian will tackle these proactively–with craftsmanship standards and your completion date guiding him.
